These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the booking and purchase of services provided by Anne-Sophie Gallois LLC.

By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Reiki Services

Anne-Sophie Gallois LLC provides Reiki and related wellness services, including in-person and online/distance Reiki sessions.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice intended to promote relaxation, stress reduction, balance, and general well-being. Reiki is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or another licensed healthcare service.

Reiki practitioners do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment. Reiki should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical or psychological care.

Individual experiences with Reiki vary, and no particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Appointments

Appointments may be booked through the online scheduling system on this website.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. An appointment is confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued.

Additional Session Policies and a Reiki Informed Consent & Waiver are presented during the booking process and apply to booked sessions.

Payments & Card on File

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

A valid payment card may be required to reserve an appointment. Where payment is not collected when the appointment is booked, the card on file may be charged for the session in accordance with the authorization provided during booking.

Payment card transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. Anne-Sophie Gallois LLC does not directly store complete payment card details.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of an appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged the full session fee to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late for an in-person session or connecting late for an online session may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

Online Sessions

Connection instructions or a video link will be sent to the email address provided when booking.

Clients are responsible for having an appropriate device and internet connection and for joining at the scheduled time.

Informed Consent

Participation in Reiki is voluntary.

During an in-person session, Reiki may be offered using light, non-invasive touch or with the practitioner's hands held above the body. Clients may choose their preference and may request a change or stop the session at any time.

Clients are required to review and accept the Reiki Informed Consent & Waiver presented during booking.

Health Information

Clients should inform the practitioner of relevant health conditions, injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy, implanted medical devices, allergies, sensitivities, or other concerns that could affect their comfort or participation.

Clients remain responsible for their own healthcare decisions and for seeking appropriate professional medical or psychological care.
